Challenge

The consultancy's previous website had too many equal-weight messages. Strategic proof, services and project evidence competed for attention.

Strategy

We reorganized the site around a clear editorial spine: positioning, proof, selected work, advisory models and a concise inquiry path.

Design Approach

Muted accents, compact metrics and thin dividers make the site feel serious without becoming cold. The copy is direct, specific and easy to scan.

Implementation

The theme uses reusable data-driven sections for metrics, services, FAQs and pricing so the team can adjust its offer as the consultancy evolves.

Fjord Index had the right expertise but needed a sharper frame. The site had to make complex advisory services feel understandable without flattening the nuance that made the work valuable.

Northframe’s modular structure helped separate proof, process and engagement models. The consultancy can now lead with its clearest point of view, support it with selected evidence and move visitors toward an inquiry only after trust has been built.

The final experience is measured and practical. It performs well, deploys statically and gives the team enough editorial flexibility to publish updates without design drift.
